Did you get a phone call this morning as well? My husband was only able to tell me that he was in Division 347 and from waht you said, I am guessing it is ship 12? Do you have an address yet?

I didn't get his grad. date either, but from what I have been told on here it will be 10/15. So, when I get the form letter I am really hoping that will be it. That is awesome that they are in the same Division! Did he say why they got to call this soon? My husband just said they got a phone call and pretty much that he loved us and missed us! He didn't sound bad at all except for a little tired.

I am hoping that they have a good division and that is why. It was really uplifting hearing from him. I was still asleep when he called. I rolled over to answer the cell phone and realized it was an 847 area code and got so excited! My husband said that they sent the form letters already and they should be here soon. I really hope so because I want to send out some letters.

I am so happy I have met someone in the same Division as well. We can keep each other up-to-date. I love my husband to death, but he tends to leave out the details or important facts sometimes! One of the flaws that I can't stand, but have gotten use to over the years:) When are you two getting married?

My husband will be attending A School at Great Lakes when he is finished.

I really feel like that after this morning, this will be okay. It was so a breath of fresh air, so to speak, to be able to know that he is doing okay. I was almost scared when the call came through because I thought maybe he was set back or something. I didn't expect it to be a regular call home.

Will you be going to PIR?

That is what I figured it would be. It gave that address on the RTC website. Thanks again!

Good luck at RN School. I work at a nursing home and it takes a special kind of person to be a nurse. I admire what they do! Definately something I would never be able to do!

Honestly, I love being married, but waiting is such a good idea. We were together 5 1/2 years before we married. We married because he decided to join the Navy and in order for him to be active duty, we had to because we have a daughter. Of course, we married because we loved each other as well, but if two people are truly commited to one another, it doesn't matter how long you wait. Really, nothing changed after we got married. We were pretty much married before, just not legally. If he hadn't decided to join, I don't know if we would be married right now, or not. It is a big decision and I think people rush into to fast now-a-days. Especially when they have a child out of wedlock.

You should be getting the box really soon. I received mine yesterday. He was definately emtional. The box is still sitting on my bedroom floor. I haven't washed his clothes or anything yet. I just folded them neatly and put them back in there. I really don't know what to do with it! I suppose in time I will. I am sure you will be getting yours soon. You live in Vermont correct? I live in PA, so I am a bit closer to Great Lakes than you are, perhaps that is why. But, I will definately keep you updated on everything. I am going to go now and rest and put up my pregnant feet. They are swollen:(

No, you don't have to sign for it. They just drop it off at your door. My FedEx guy rang the door bell to let me know that a package had arrived. You will get it soon. Just hang in there:)

Absolutley! I will let you know as soon as I get the letter. The same goes for you, just in case you get it first:) The address that you gave yesterday was the one that is on the RTC website, but we will see.

I got my letter to! What a wonderful feeling it was. I loved the little note at the end. I really didn't think he could be romantic at all, but the little note was so sweet!

Are you going to be able to make it to PIR?? That is your due date?

I am sorry wrong person! Geesh...its been a long day! Yes, I got my letter today. Yours should be there tomorrow. It was wonderful! Great feeling getting that letter and reading the note left at the bottom of the page.

my love has PIR that same day (I hope time flies until then!)! We lived and worked together so I am definitely missing him :)

YAY! I got mine and one of our friend text me to say he did too! Overall he pretty much sounded like he was just starting to get used to things and I am sure is just now getting over being homesick.
