My names Lindsey and I have been best friends with my sailor for about 5-6 years and we are high school sweethearts. We have recently gotten engaged 8.29.10 <3 and I have never been so happy in my life. We have tons of friends that are supportive but nobody that really knows about the Navy so I am looking for some ladies to talk to and become friends with so I can get some help with what is going on and maybe help some others. You are very welcome Lindseyxo and if there is anything more that I can help you with, please don't hesitate to ask and I will do my best to find out....
That's awesome! I'm going to William Jewell College in Missouri to get my BSN. That's the plan righ now. But I might transfer after two years if my sailor proposes =) We want to get married ASAP. What about you?
Are you super excited for Friday?!? I know I am. I get butterflies everytime i think about it haha. I can't wait to see him! =)
I couldn't go because we just got to Chicago! =(
How was it? And how are you? I'm so nervous right now! Kinda freaking out. Which is weird, because he is the love of my life and I haven't been nervous to see him since we first met.
My boyfriend left Saturday too. I spent the whole day being escorted around the airport by my sailor. =) It was awesome. He is now in South Carolina for Nuke school.
Yeah saying goodbye at the airport was extremely hard. We hugged each other really tight and didn't let go for a long time. My boyfriend will be in A school for 3 months. Then Power school for 6 months and then Prototype school for 6 months. So he'll be in SC for a long time. lol. I'm going to see him next month though. I can't wait!
Don't you just love the communication he has now???
