Thank you. I look forward to knowing you better. I am sad today because my son deployed and I did not realize last week's call would be our goodbye. I did not expect it to hit me so hard. Hanging in there and praying for patience and serenity. Blessings,

Hi, Your quilt you want to send your son, is that the one pictured? It is absolutely gorgeous or maybe the guys would rather I said something more like beautifully patriotic. I love it. My son couldn't have something like that at GC, as far as I know, until he moved into an apartment off base at his next location in NY. He generally doesn't want me to send much. Says it is just more for him to move from base to base but I bet your son would love it and be proud of you for making it for him and it will remind him often how much you love him. Great job. If you ask him if he can have private items, or a quilt, he can tell you. Blessings,

On second thought. If you want to surprise him, it would make a great graduation present and you will be able to see his face shine when he sees it. God bless you and yours,

Hi, Was wondering if I would eventually find you on here. What have Tony's letters home been like. Are you doing OK. The first 3 weeks I had a rock in my stomach, didn't eat or sleep very well. Now that we are down to 8 days I am getting nervous again. I'm flying out on the 30th from DFW and am staying at the Navy Lodge. We are retired Navy so I always try to stay in the lodge when we can. Did you make that quilt (?). I quilt, too, and found lots of good fabric on a quitling SHop Hop on the 10th and 11th of this month. What a beautiful puppy. Let me know what is going on. Hope to see you at Great Lakes. I'll be alone. SR's dad drives a truck and will be on the road that weekend.
