    You haven't received the form letter but you  have her ship and div #?  How is that possible?  I think that's all you need to send a letter plus all the regular address. 

    The 1st line is the only thing diff. 

    SR (last name, 1st name, middle init)

    That's great you got her letter!!  From what I understand, they write the letter the 1st week.  I hear that some parents and spouses are receiving mail from their SR's but we haven't yet except for the form letter.
