Sherilyn - I too have been married for over 25 years. We have 4 children 2 daughters and then 2 sons. Our 2nd, Katie, is the one in the Navy. She left for BC 10/8/08, PIRd 12/5/08 and then after A school at GL was sent to Japan for 3 years. She is a DC on the USS Essex. What rate is your daughter?

That is awesome that your dad will be at the PIR. I wish my dad were still alive to see his grandson graduate from Navy bootcamp. I am sure that he is looking down from heaven and helping his grandson. I will look forward to meeting you in less than 2 weeks. Yeah.
