- It was one of the hardest things to watch my wonderful son leave for boot camp but he returned a wonderfully strong young man. He will take all that he has learned from his family and all he has learned through the Navy and honor all these beliefs- my son has made me proud beyond words and the USN is very lucky to have him as a member. Through this Navy experience I've become a little stronger too- there comes a time when you have to let them go.. their own way...
