A little about me:: My name is Billie, my husband, Joe and I have been married for 32 years and we have a 13 year old daughter...we live in Dothan. AL...My Godson, who is like a son to us is leaving for bootcamp on the 24th of October 2011...I am here to connect with other Navy moms for support and any guidance and information I can get....My husband was in the Navy from 1977-1986 but apparently things are a lot different now...

Hi, sorry i have not replied, but i have two other children (M13 and F15) they both play soccer and it takes all week of practices. It would be great to meet you. We are also going to the graduation. Where will you be staying? We have never been in that area before and actually never left TX. So we are excited! Any suggestions on places? OH, the 2nd was my son's birthday. It was tough, but know God gave him something nice to cheer him up there.
