Great News, I got a letter today.  It is really odd, there is no postmark. Maybe that created a delay.

He is doing great. He said on Thanksgiving that he had prime rib, ham, stuffing, corn & powerade.  He said the days are long and that from Nov 21 to Dec 1 had been phold and pdays for processing.

He said he had received letters from me and that he loved them. I was glad to hear that he is getting mail.

He also said he was made section leader. He said his division is 90 and there are 6 sections leads and that he is one of them responsible for 13 recruits.

He said days are long but he is doing great.

This letter was written on Dec 2nd, which he said he just finished day 1 of week 1. He said he was in phold and pdays from Nov  21-Dec 1st.

Well, that's a cool name!!!  I haven't met that many with the same name so far!!

BC really is the worst when it comes to hearing from our girls!!  That and certain deployments can also really hamper keeping in touch!!  I was very lucky in that after A school, my daughter had an office job M-F and there were times I heard from her everyday!!!  She separated in Sept and just recently got hired as a civilian contractor at the same command she served at in uniform!!!  As a PS most of those jobs are given to civilians anyway so she lucked out!!!  Not sure what it will be like when my other daughter goes to work for the Navy full-time!!!
