Yes graduation is January 13.  Hope we can meet each other then. It sure felt good to mail all the letters i had written.
  • MSmom

It had lots of info on it about graduation and what to do in case of emergency.  They also sent a brochure that listed hotels and some places to eat.    Also it gives you the password you need to print the gate pass

Just said he was ok and he will let me know how many people can come to graduation.

Of course you can use the idea of the Zombie Christmas songs!  There are some classics.  Deck the Halls with part of Wally is always popular.  We Three Spleens is another big hit.  Okay, truth to tell they are all repulsive.  But from the moment my son signed his contract and got his ship date I have been collecting things that I thought might amuse, inspire or entertain during boot camp.  He hasn't mentioned the songs in his letters yet.  The RDCs are controlling the flow of the mail a little bit still I think.  They give them enough to keep them motivated but too little for them to actually think there is a world outside the gates.  It's all good.  He's learning how to be a sailor.  I'm learning how to be a Navy mom.
