    Since your Sailor is currently at Fort Sam, then that most likely means he is in A School for HM.  There are lots of groups for HM.  Here are some you might want to check out (in no particular order):  HM (Hospital Corpsman) A School in San Antonio, Sailors in A School for Corpsmen, Corpsman Moms, and Corpsmen Moms and Dads,  You may also want to consider Girlfriends, Fiances,and Wives of Sailors.  I hope you are finding the information and support that you need.  If not, just ask.  Take care and blessings to you and yours.
