I hope you get all the information here you are looking for. Please stop by the Survival Guide for New Moms for some of the info to start with.
If you have a new Recruit and need phone cards for them please check out Calls for Recruits.org and get them for FREE. I feel that the Family, Loved Ones, nor the Men and Women of our Armed Forces should have to pay for phone calls from Boot Camp. The link above will take you to the website to send the email for the FREE phone cards if you need them. Please spread the word if you know of anyone who can use this great service!!!
I think you have me confused with another mom. I haven't emailed you and I don't have a daughter-in-law and I don't think my son is planning on being in Queens anytime soon. If you received a PM, it would have come from one of the 2 people you have Friended.
Welcome and do join the groups I mentiioned in your blog and if I can help you with anything, just let me know. Take care and blessings to you and yours.
Division 156 is a regular division and every division is a good one to be in. Yes, once he is assigned to a divisiion, he most likely will be in that division for all of his time at BC (unless something happens, but we will think positive thoughts and believe that all will be well and he will have PIR on time with his division), but every now and then recruits are moved around during P-days, so we say not to trust the address until you get the form letter. Divisions 155 and 156 are brother divisions and will train together and have Battle Stations-21 (BST) together, so watch for others with loved ones in either division. Your SR could have PIR on 04/19/2013 or if he is in a Push Division, it could be the week before. The 04/19/2013 PIR group will not be formed until someone gets a form letter. I hope that answers your questions. Take care and blessings to you and yours.
