My daughter left today as well.  I know exactly what your going thru.  I also have had my moments.  I was looking at the navy for moms and I had found a comment that seemed to help somewhat.  It was to light a blue candle every tuesday to let him know that you are thinking of him.  Of course,  I didn't have any blue candles and just got home from purchasing them.  My plan is to light them ( I bought one for everyone to lite) everyday this week and then every Tuesday from then on.  I don't know why but it seems to help right now.  Atleast for the time being.  Another thing is I'm trying to keep busy.
