    Hi popasmom!  My son also left April 17th.  His flight was delayed twice but I finally received his call at 12:40am EST.  My husband received a quick call from him on Monday and we received the box yesterday, which was very exciting!  Have you received an approximate graduation date yet?

    Hi popasmom.  Thanks for your reply.  I have my fingers crossed that the letter comes today.  When I get more info about his ship, etc, I'll let you know.   Maybe they are together.  It's funny, but I feel so much better being able to talk with other moms about all these things.  I'm finding out a lot about things just be reading people's posts.  Looking forward to going to one of those "Sarge's Meet and Greets".

    Unfortunately, our mail carrier doesn't arrive until late in the day...sometimes not until almost 5:00 PM.  It kills me to wait that long.  I'll keep you posted.

    My husband just came back with the mail.  NO letter yet...  I'm so disappointed...!

    I would wait to send your son the letter until you get the info in "the letter."  We'll probably get the letters tomorrow... I hope...
