Welcome to NavyforMoms.com. My name is Ronny and my son has been in the Navy since February of 2012. He is currently stationed in San Diego with a Helicopter Squadron. He is an Aviation Structural Mechanic. I hope you find all the info you are looking for here, and if you have any questions feel free to ask. My son is 3rd Generation Navy, so I do know a little about the Navy..:)

If you have a new Sailor who is in Boot Camp, or leaving soon, visit CallsforRecruits.org and I will send you FREE Pre-Paid Phone cards for your SR to use while they are in boot camp. I started that program when my son left for Boot Camp :)

my daughter arrived 6/4/2013 that eveniing , she called Saturday june 15 and was able to talk to her father .  I would have cried and he calmed her down,  she has never been a folder of clothes , so she says its  hard, boy do i remember folding clothes when i was in boot camp. We told to remember why she went and make friends. I was real sad that i was not able to talk to her , maybe next time.

Hi, I see you have joined San Antonio MA's and MAA Moms; MA is a rating very dear to my heart since my Sailor is an MA. The discussion, Break down week by week, witin San Antonio MA's will let you know what happens at NTTC Lackland (San Antonio). Other groups to check out are New MAA Mom's (it has not been very active) and Security Sailors (it is not as active and includes loved ones of Sailors from other ratings as well). Good Morning!  Are you looking for the Facebook page PIR 08/12?  If you are on Facebook, send me your email and I'll send you an invite to join the group.  Someone sent me an invite, that is the only way I found it!  If you aren't on Facebook, there is another PIR 8/2 Graduation Day page on the Navy4Moms website.  Is your PIR 8/2 also?
