    Welcome to NavyforMoms.com.  My name is Ronny and my son has been in the Navy since February of 2012.  He is currently stationed in San Diego with a Helicopter Squadron.  He is an Aviation Structural Mechanic.  I hope you find all the info you are looking for here, and if you have any questions feel free to ask.  My son is 3rd Generation Navy, so I do know a little about the Navy..:)

    Hi Ginny, yes it's Patti.  I did receive your message with your phone number, thank you.   I would like to talk on the phone,  would tonight be a good time for you?   I believe I told you I am flying alone from Boston to Norfolk airport on the 4th, arrive @ 5 p.m.   I was going to take a taxi to a motel and again in the morning to the base.  That's great you were able to get a cheap rate.  I've been searching motels close to the Norfolk base.  Look forward to talking with you......Patti
