The address you received from the recruiter is wrong if he indicated Ship 15--there is no Ship 15. Divsion 003 is on Ship 12. See http://bootcamp.navy.mil/contact_recruit.asp or Ship/Division--How it Works. Don't send maiil before receiving the form letter. See  Letter Writing & Fun Stuff/Questionnaires to send to your Recruit.

The Rating Information Card for AC can be found at https://www.cool.navy.mil/enlisted/rating_info_cards/ac.pdf. Your Sailor will most likely fly out to "A" School the day after PIR.
