Hi there - welcome to our Nuke Mom's group! We love to have dad's on too ;-) Make sure you read all the pages (8) on the nuke moms group - they are to the right under the member profiles. This should answer many questions you may have. If not, feel free to ask away. My son recently finished prototype & is in VA on the Truman. The nuke pipeline is a long crazy ride - enjoy!

Since your recruit will be in the Nuclear Field, you will want to join NUKE moms and you may also want to check out Nuke School Charleston and Nuke A School FAQ. The Rating Information Card for NF can be found at https://www.cool.navy.mil/usn/enlisted/rating_info_cards/nukepower.pdf.

Your Sailor may have Prototype in Ballston Spa, NY; if so, join Moms/Dads/Families with Nukes in Ballston Spa, NY at that time. Some stay in Charleston.

The Page, 800 and 900 Divisions, within Boot Camp Moms (and loved ones) will be of interest to you since you have a recruit in a performing division. I believe that Division 927 is Sticks/Flags.
