Thank you for adding me Tiffany. My son just recently shipped out and I'm worried sick. I miss him so much. This site gives me so much information on the "what to does" . Thank you for creating such a wonderful site.

Angela, I see you have changed your Username so that it no longer contains your full name; you also need to change the URL to this page. Make change 2 at the bottom of OPSEC and PERSEC (Making Changes to Your Profile) (clickable link) to take care of that. (If you are using a Smart phone, you will need to switch to Desktop View to make this change.) Also make change 3 while you are there so that this page is no longer open to EVERYONE (Anyone) with access to the web.

It is not a good idea to post a pic of your recruit every time you post, so also make change 4. To increase PERSEC, don't include ANYONE in your profile picture.

There may be other changes you need to make as well, so read and consider each of the changes.

Another change that I recommend that is mentioned in change 1 is to change the ZIP Code to one that is not easily associated with your recruit.

The Page, 800 and 900 Divisions, within Boot Camp Moms (and loved ones) will be of interest to you since you have a recruit in a performing division. I believe that Division 908 is Sticks/Flags.

Welcome to Boot Camp Moms (and loved ones). I look forward to sharing this journey with you. Be sure to check out the Pages (found under the pictures of the Members) for information on what to expect and to help you prepare for PIR. Start with OPSEC and PERSEC (Making Changes to Your Profile) and Arrival and What Happens at the RTC and read 1 or 2 pages a day and then go back to them as you need the info.

What is your recruit's rating (job/specialty) or field going to be? There are groups for most ratings and/or "A" Schools and knowing that will help you to better plan for PIR weekend.

Take care and blessings to you and yours.
