If your Username contains your last name, you need to make changes 1, 2, and 3 at the bottom of OPSEC and PERSEC (Making Changes to Your Profile) (clickable link). (If it doesn't, you still need to make change 3.) There may be other changes you need to make as well, so read and consider each of the changes.

Another change that I recommend that is mentioned in change 1 along with changing your Username is to change the ZIP Code to one that is not easily associated with your recruit.

Welcome back  to Boot Camp Moms (and loved ones). I look forward to sharing this journey with you. Be sure to check out the Pages (found under the pictures of the Members) for information on what to expect and to help you prepare for PIR. Start with OPSEC and PERSEC (Making Changes to Your Profile) and Arrival and What Happens at the RTC and read 1 or 2 pages a day and then go back to them as you need the info.

If you would like information on your recruit’s rating (job/occupational specialty) or field, then let me know the rating or field. There are groups for most specialties and/or "A" Schools and knowing that will help you to better plan for PIR weekend.

Take care and blessings to you and yours.

Be sure to make at least change 3. You may also need to update your "A little about me:" section above.

I was so excited also to see you post the same div and ship info! I have no clue on anything. My son is the first one in from my family. Proud so proud but I feel like I am in a whole new world. Any information would be wonderful. He told us he is a Seabee. He will also go to A school in Texas. Not sure where. I didn't even know what questions to ask his recruiter. It was very hard. God Bless you and your husband and children for serving! Thank you!
