A little about me:: I have visited my son where ever he has been stationed for the past 9 years. My husband is retired, a Marine Vietnam vet. I have worked most of the time as our kids were growing up. I enjoy sewing and would like to contribute my skills to some of the vet groups.

The Navy offers opportunities that...: Patience. Things move slow in big Navy. Be there for your sailor, keep writing, calling know what they are up to, they need you to be at their back even if they won't say.
Our Navy experience so far...: It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.
