A little about me:: I am a Mother of 5 very amazing children. I have 2 daughters and 3 sons. My middle son Cory is at bootcamp in Great Lakes. He left December 10 2012. I am very proud of him and excited to see where this adventure takes him. Our entire family is VERY close and we are all super supportive of Cory and all the Military. My Father, Cory's Grandfather, is a 31 year Veteran of the United States Navy. He pushed recruits in Chicago for 3 years and is very excited to see his Grandson graduate!

The Navy offers opportunities that...: Well I grew up with my father in the Navy. I didn't know any other life as a child but looking back now, and as a Mother of a Sailor, I feel it has taught me and our family about Quality time as apposed to Quantity.
