    Thank you for the friend request. We have only heard from our son through his wife. It sounds like he is doing well. I hope your son is doing well too.

    well..... let's just say that my son got married by a justice of the peace (against our wishes) a couple of months ago.  I got a text saying they were married.  We had wanted him to wait till he got settled in the Navy.  Apparently this isn't too uncommon.  The recruiter allegedly told them it would be easier to get the paperwork processed if they did it before bootcamp.  She called last night to tell us that she talked to him for 25 minutes.  Sigh!
