I see you have changed your Username so that it no longer contains your last name, you also need to change the URL to this page.Make change 2at the bottom ofOPSEC and PERSEC (Making Changes to Your Profile)(clickable link) to take care of that. Also make change 3 while you are there. There may be other changes you need to make as well, so read and consider each of the changes.
