mommyLisa I'm the Aunt of an SR so unfortunately I don't get the phone calls. There hasn't been a letter yet, but my SIL has received 2 phone calls that our SR girl is in Medical Ship 04 with an injured shoulder. The first phone call said she was injured, being separated and maybe coming home. So that really put us in a limbo tailspin. the second call said she was in Ship 04 which is where she would heal and receive therapy. She still has a chance of returning to BC. She is very down right now because of the injury. She wanted the Navy so bad for so long. I feel so bad for her.
As for your SR girl, I keep reading that no news is good news with the Navy. I think the Div 951 may not get to call as often because they are also busy with practice and other things as well as the normal BC stuff. i would say don't worry, if there was something bad to tell, she would definitely call.
Hi Lisa! did you get a call from Maria yesterday? My Daughter received a call from her Son and I was able to talk to him for a few minutes. Sounds like he has 8 more tries to pass the run, but has quite a lot of time to shave off his time. I pray he is able to do that. He sounded upbeat, but did say the Division is pretty depressing. :(
