Your Sailor will most likely fly out to "A" School the day after PIR. Plan to leave late Saturday or on Sunday.See PIR Day and Liberty during PIR Weekend to help you know how to plan your weekend.
Your Sailor may have Prototype in Ballston Spa, NY; if so, join Moms/Dads/Families with Nukes in Ballston Spa, NYat that time. Some stay in Charleston.

I Saratoga Mom......We have a lake house in NY about half an hour from Saratoga. Love Saratoga and go a few times for the races during the summer and drive through on our way to our place (except for August and now half of July!!)
