My name is Lisa. When we spoke to Anthony on Wed., he told us that his "best friend" was possibly being seperated and was upset about it. He also mentioned it in the letter I got on Thurs. I guess they have gotten very close and really hit it off. I guess under boot camp conditions, you can bond with someone pretty quickly. Was this blood disorder something he ever knew about? Anthony said something about a false positive. Is there a chance that this could be the case again?

As you mentioned, it's a wait and see what the Lord has planned for him. I will keep him in my prayers.

Let me know when you hear something.

I'll be waiting to hear how it goes. It's hard to understand why things happen, but everything happens for a reason. The Serenity Prayer is something I find myself saying often. I'll be on the look out for your comment or post.

Hi, make sure your sons signs the waiver in Seps. This way you can call and also speak with someone. It takes a toll on you, just be strong and he will make it through this. I was so upset when my son was separated. I had just gotten through my daughter finally getting out of RCU/FIT, and getting off to A-school. Hang tight and pray.
