Stage of (Sailor’s) Navy career?
Waiting to leave for Boot Camp
When I heard “Navy,” I...
Was proud and encouraged it
The Navy offers opportunities that...

Our Navy experience so far...
It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.
My daughter is 22. She did college and worked for a while before joining but had talked about it since High School. She was so excited about finally leaving. I am so proud of her as I am sure you are of your daughter as well.
Hi Bev, It will be nice to be in touch with somebody on the same timeline. My husband and I are very proud of my daughter, yet concerned about her family back at home. She and her new husband have a one-year-old who was getting used to saying "Mama." I'll feel better once I hear from my daughter and get a sense of how things are going.
I dont know if you got the box with her belongings yet, but I got mine yesterday. I also got the form letter. She is Ship 07 DIV 270 and her PIR is August 26. Thanks for friending me. I am looking for other moms whose daughter is in. I find a lot of sons, but it is different when it is your daughter.
