Join the group, DEP-Leavin for bootcamp in December. You will meet others with loved ones leaving 12/03/2018  or this week who may be in the same TG and have PIR together.

It's getting a bit late, but be sure to check out the discussion, Things to Do in the Last Month before Your Future Sailor Leaves for....  Know that your recruit will most likely only be able to invite three guests to PIR since the last two January TG's and the first two February TG's are large TG's, so be prepared for that possibility.

Arrival and What Happens at the RTC within Boot Camp Moms (and loved ones) will let you know what will soon be happening and what to expect.

Be sure to join your PIR group once you get The Form Letter, which now arrives 9 to 14 business days after the recruit's arrival at the RTC in most cases. Let me know when you know what division your recruit is in. I will have more info for you.

JaniceE...e, I see you have changed your Username so that it no longer contains your full name. You also need to change the URL (address) to this page. Make change 2 at the bottom of OPSEC and PERSEC (Making Changes to Your Profile) (clickable link) to take care of that. (If you are using a Smart phone, you will need to switch to Desktop View to make this change.)   

Also make change 3 while you are there so that this page is no longer open to EVERYONE (Anyone) with access to the web.   

There may be other changes you need to make as well, so read and consider each of the changes. 

Since you have a recruit at RTC, you can change "Waiting to leave for Boot Camp" above to “Enlisted” or “At Boot Camp now.” Either is appropriate, but if you make the change to “Enlisted” now, then you will not have to change it again. 

You can make that change when you make the changes below.
