- Loving Mom of my only son who is 19 year old. He is youngest of two sisters six and 12 years older. It's a big stage for me, because I can't watch over him or control his where abouts but, I know he is fine and this is a growing stage for him. I'm glad he had four years of NROTC in high school, which helped me with this transition of him being enlisted.

Hi, Debra, and welcome to Indiana Moms! I'm the administrator for the group, so if you have any questions, please ask. My son is a Nuke MM serving on the submarine ALABAMA, based out of Bangor, WA. He's been in for five years.
If you're near Indy (or willling to drive), there's a monthly informal dinner in Avon (on the west side) which meets on third Mondays. Click Sept 19 on the Events calendar (right-hand column) for those details. From time to time, we also have regional gatherings in various parts of the state. In fact, on Sept 24, there's an event in Bargersville; again, check the Events calendar for details.
