I am a mom of 3 boys . My oldest has served almost 4 years in the Navy and has signed up for another 4. We are so very proud of him! I have meet a lot of great ladies on this site and have to thank them for their unswerving loyalty and send them my gratitude for supporting me when I had troubles. My middle son is trying to decide between the Navy and Marines. His brother of course wants him in the Navy!
I am here to support my
Son/Daughter
Stage of (Sailor’s) Navy career?
Enlisted
When I heard “Navy,” I...
Was proud and encouraged it
The Navy offers opportunities that...
At the beginning I didn't know much and so it has been wonderful having other Moms that have been there to help and answer even the silliest questions. I still have a lot to learn. My son has been on 2 deployments and isn't able to tell me much about what he does.
Our Navy experience so far...
It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.

Hey I love your name! My middle name is Marie. How about you? So many Lisa Marie's around that 60 to 64 era. I'm sure our boys must know each other by now. Have you received a real letter from your son yet? I have not. I am really hopeful that the kids will be allowed to call us Mom's for Mother's Day. I will be at work but I will have my phone on just incase. Dan is my only son. He was the man around my house and I miss his so much. My daughter just moved back in with me. She graduated from UCSB last summer and now getting her masters at CLU. I only have two children, so I'm glad my daughter moved back in. I love you dog pic. What is it's name. My dog is a maltese named Charlie. He is spoiled rotten. Let me know if you got a call or letter. Glad we are N4M friends. Are you going to PIR? If so, have you found any flight deals?
