Hello.  I saw your post on the HM page. Both my son and daughter are enlisted and waiting to leave for BC; both are going to be Corpsmen.  My daughter hopes to become a radiation tech as well.  Any pointers? hahahaha.   God Bless.  Laura

I work for an orthopedic surgeon.  My xray technician received his training in the Army at Fort Sam, and  his wife is an ultrasound tech at our local hospital; she also got her training at Fort Sam (that's where they met).  My daughter eventually wants to work in some capacity in oncology, a field in which there is a great need for compassionate technicians.  Thanks for the advice!  My son, on the other hand, wants to go Greenside and work as a field medic with the Marines.  He leaves for boot camp the first week of May.  She is waiting for the Corpsman spot to open...there are currently none open for women.  Her recruiter assures her something will come up soon.  Thanks for your time!  God Bless you and your family.

Hey lady!  Hope you're doing well.  How is your son doing?  Is he still in Groton?  What a yucky winter we've had here in New England.  We will be taking a trip down there in the near future.  If so, it would be great to meet him and have him give my daughter some pointers on A school survival.  She wants desperately to get into C school as a rad tech or an ultra sound tech.  Hope you're doing well.  God bless you and your family.  Laura
