Hope you are doing OK this week. It is hard not to hear from your LO or know what is going on at OCS.
Yesterday would have been the first physical fitness test, so no news is good news that he passed. If he had not passed, he would have called to tell you that he had rolled back. Friday and Saturday of week 1 are probably some of the worst days for them. Again, no news is good news.
My daughter actually started with 01-16 in July but was injured on day 6 of week 1. So, she rolled back into h-class (hold) for 6 weeks until she healed enough to rejoin 03-16. So, I have actually been through this first three week 'silence' twice.
Anyway, glad to talk or answer questions if you like.
