I'm from New Bremen. If you've never heard of it... it's right down 66 next to Ft. Loramie, Minster, and St. Marys.
And those first few weeks are the hardest. Hang in there because it does get easier. Never easy, just easier. :) Once the letters start coming it gets much much better. And I know it always helped me to write him every night. And the phone calls are the best. One will come for you, you just have to be patient. :)
Just try to stay as busy as possible. It'll help keep your mind off the fact that you're missing him and he's not around.
Do you know what rate (job) your bf will be?

haha. That's crazy that you've heard of everywhere else on 66 BUT New Bremen. haha. Literally, if you drive on 66 from Piqua, you'll go through Ft. Loramie then Minter then New Bremen and eventually St. Marys. :)
