Send letters individually rather than in a large manilla envelope, which he would have to open in front of the RDC. You can send about 4 pages per envelope without having to increase the postage. Did you hear about your PIR yet? Mine is set for the 23rd of Aug and he is on Ship 13 DIV 312- I guess his training group starts with DIV 311 and I have not heard yet how many divisions in this group. And I hope to keep in touch, maybe we can meet at PIR or sometime in Texas. Have a great day!
