Divisions 371 and 372 are brother divisions and train together and will have Battle Stations-21 (BST) together, so look for others with loved ones in either division. Write to your recruit and ask when Battle Stations-21 (BST) will be so you will know when to expect the "I'm a Sailor!" call.

The Rating Information Card for HM can be found at https://www.cool.navy.mil/usn/enlisted/rating_info_cards/hm.pdf; it indicates 19 weeks, but "A" School is 14 weeks after classing up. There is also info on the HM rating in https://www.thebalancecareers.com/hospital-corpsman-3345823.

If your Sailor is picked for the Field Medical Training Battalion (FMTB) then check out Camp Lejeune and FMTB-East Moms, Families and Friends (FMTB will actually be at Camp Johnson, which is down the road from Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, NC) or Camp Pendleton corspmen and FMF Corpsman moms. If your Sailor becomes eligible for SARC, check out SARC, Special Amphibious Recon Corpsman.

Click on OPSEC and PERSEC (Making Changes to Your Profile) and the Page will open in a new window. Read the Page and follow the directions at the bottom to make change 3 (see the words in bold) to change "Anyone" to "Members" so that this page is no longer visible to EVERYONE (Anyone) with access to the web. Don’t forget to click the “Save” button at the bottom. 

You also may want to update your "A little about me:" section. If you keep it general, then you won't have to update it often.
