Welcome to NavyforMoms.com.  My name is Ronny and my son has been in the Navy since February of 2012.  He is currently stationed in San Diego with a Helicopter Squadron.  He is an Aviation Structural Mechanic.  I hope you find all the info you are looking for here, and if you have any questions feel free to ask.  My son is 3rd Generation Navy, so I do know a little about the Navy..:)
If you have a new Sailor who is in Boot Camp, or leaving soon, visit CallsforRecruits.org and I will send you FREE Pre-Paid Phone cards for your SR to use while they are in boot camp.  I started that program when my son left for Boot Camp :)
Welcome Aboard and I wish your Sailor Fair Winds and Following Seas.

Hello, my name is Kim O'Neal and I live in Hartsville, South Carolina.  My oldest son has been in the navy since November 19, 2012.  He is now in Yokosuka, Japan and will be stationed on the George Washington Nuclear Carrier.  I haven't seen many people from South Carolina on the Navy Moms website and just wanted to say hello.
