A little about me:: I am here to support my daughter who just left for Great Lakes and my niece is an MA and is stationed at GITMO has been in the Navy for 13 months, my nephew is an Army Ranger. I love and miss them all. God has blessed me with these great kids and I love them so much.

Hey! I know that you may be flying when the I'm a Sailor call comes in and phones are off. I suggest that you change your cell voicemail message to something like this: Hi, (name), I'm currently on a plane to your PIR and phones have to be off. Please leave me a LONG message and if you run out of time, call back and leave another, and another! Can't wait to see you! Congrats!" This happens alot with people being on flights during the calls. Hopefully she will call once you have landed in Chicago, but you never know! Have a safe trip and good luck to your daughter!
