Anyone is welcome to dinner! Yes he will know b-4 his PIR (boot camp grad)...they will ask him to list his choices in order of preference, but it is up to the need of the Navy.

Hi Traci, and welcome to Indiana Moms! I'm the administrator for the group. My son is a Nuke MM serving on the submarine USS Alabama, based out of Bangor, WA. He's been in for 4-1/2 years.

I'm happy to see you'll be at our next "Westies" dinner! Please feel free to bring family or friends. From time to time, we also have regional gatherings in various parts of the state.

Be aware that August 13-22 (2011), Indianapolis is hosting its first NAVY WEEK, at the State Fairgrounds, during the fair. We'd love to see you at invitation-only events and help entertain or feed the sailors who'll be working that week.
