- My name is Marsha from Bridgton, Maine. My daughter Lizzie left on 7/26/11 to go to basic in Great Lakes, IL. I'm very proud of my daughter for joining the Navy and hope she takes advantage of every opportunity. I will worry about her, but I know God will take care of her.
