Well then make sure you go and get the cards before he leaves :) thank him for his service and I wish him Fair Winds and Following Seas :)

I just sent the cards to you...and yes, if he takes his cell phone with him, they will let him make the first call from that....but then it will go into 'the box' to be mailed back home.  They let him keep a pocket sized bible, small address book, and sometimes a wallet so put the card numbers in one of those...:)
