I have cookbook from a friend from a local church that used it as a fundraiser.  It is in binder form and really nice.   They have other styles as well.  The website for the company that produced it is www.morriscookbooks.com.  Another cookbook of that nature I have is from Fundcraft Publishing, www.fundcraft.com/fundraising-cookbooks/index.asp.  I hope that helps you.  I see you also posted within NAVY MOM COOKBOOK so perhaps they can help.  I think it is a great idea.

I discovered that I actually have a couple of others with the the plastic comb bindings from Morris Cookbooks.  The covers on them are coated and of a higher quality than the ones from Fundcraft.

PaulaP- your SR will be on Lackland AFB. When your SR arrives he will get phase one with no off base liberty. once he takes the test in 14 days of his arrival he will then get phase one off base wearing uniform muster at 2045. after weapons he will get phase 2 with civies 2345. phase 3 is the last week and is over night. but during the week he must be back by 1930. If you wanted you could see him on the weekends. But we are limited on how far we can go. no further than 50 miles
