Ok, correction. I see that you mailed letters to the address the recruiter gave you. GOOD! But....that may not be the correct address....the form letter will have the correct one. Doublecheck it and mail to that one from now on if they differ. Don't worry...if the recruiter's address is wrong, she will eventually still get your letters sent to that address.
Hey, I know you are anxious to hear from her, but it really is too soon. She just left July 6th, right? So she has only been there for a week. She is not allowed mail yet, she probably has not been allowed to write yet. She may just be getting out of "processing days" and starting actual bc. She won't get to call for at least another week or so..maybe longer. Stay on boot camp site, and when you get the form letter with her PIR date, join that group too. Don't worry...the Navy is watching over her! She is fine!
HI laurasmom-my daughter is in Ship 6 Div 941 however, we are also going to be sitting in the VIP section since we are active and reserve military members ourselves so I don't know how easy it will be for me to take pictures of your daughter's division.
