- A little about me:
- I am a single parent of three children. Two beautiful girls and one handsome son who made the decision of following in his great-grandfather's footsteps of joining the Navy. I have been a semi-military brat most of my life due to the close relationship I had with my grandfather. I grew up around Norfolk and have been here most of my life. I am very proud to say I had begun volunteering at a VAMC at the age of 8 and remained until the age of about 35 when I was then banned from the property for exposing the terrible care our veterans were receiving. I have been dealing with many mixed emotions of my son leaving as he has also. Overall I am very proud of him and as he grew up I knew he would become a man who would never disappoint!
