I am a grandparent of two awesome Sailors. I have a long connection to the Navy..My Father serviced during WWII and have had many family members service. I live on a small island in N.C. I was born in Delaware but relocated here appox. 40 yrs ago. This is where my loving husbands family if from. I have 2 children 6 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. They are all the joy of my life.

If your Sailors are in the fleet, what are your Sailors' ratings (job/specialty) and/or where are they stationed (what vessel/s, if any)? There may be groups I can direct you to.
If you have a recruit, if you know your recruit's PIR date, go to http://www.navyformoms.com/forum/topics/groups-listed-by-pir-date and join the group for that. If you don't know the PIR date, join the group, DEP-Leavin' for Boot Camp in February, to connect with others with loved ones who left the same day and may have PIR together. I also invite you to join Boot Camp Moms (and loved ones) and to check out the Pages (found under the pictures of the Members) there. Arrival and What Happens at the RTC will let you know what is happening.
