TorpedoMom - I saw your post in the main room chat, but I also see you just joined our site. I gave you the link to a PIR group  for November - PIR NOVEMBER 2022 (https://navyformoms.ning.com/group/pir-november-2022-tg-47)

That is the best place to ask for information. Those PIR groups are private pages, and you are more likely to get more replies. Also be sure to join our BC Mom group - Boot Camp Moms (and loved ones) - Navy For Moms (ning.com)

TorpedoMom - It looks like you have been approved for the PIR group. I just saw the chat. Some of our groups on this site have private pages and some are public, so be mindful of OPSEC/ PERSEC at all times.

I have a lot going on with some family things currently, but I wanted to also encourage you, once you have a sailor, to feel free to come join us in the Beyond BC Mom group - Beyond BC - Navy For Moms (ning.com) - Anyone with an enlisted sailor may join our group. We tend to mostly just be supportive of each other, but we are also there to make connections and help answer questions that others might have about what life is like for their sailor, or how to help them as they are dealing with the challenges of Navy life, or how to help ourselves!!

TorpedoMom - Congratulations to your son! - Feel free to come join us in the Beyond BC group as well. It is a great place to just stay connected. I am glad you are still following BC Mom and were able to share some of your own experiences. Thank you.
