When I heard “Navy,” I...: Was proud and encouraged it
The Navy offers opportunities that...: Patience. Everything in the military is hurry up and wait and even when it seems like things are taking forever I have learned to keep in mind that they do things a certain way for a reason. It may not make sense to my civilian mind, but that's the Navy ma'am!
Our Navy experience so far...: It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.

Haven't heard. From reading on here, I do know that they have to be with a "Navy buddy" until they have advanced through "stage 1" of something in A school. Sorry not to be more knowledgeable. Don't know if it's different when you're married.

Hey chucks chick, Johns mom here. How you guys doing? Johns doing great, loves his rate and the navy!! He is stationed in Norfork on the USS Nassau after A-school ( Amphibious asslt ship). The ship is being decommed. March 31, and than hes on to a new command, HSC-26(chargers) Helicopter sea combat squadron, he will be also going to C- school. Hes waiting for the written copy! Waiting and waiting!! LOL So, where are you guys??
