Well, it looks like we will both will be seeing each other in Great Lakes Sept 10th for PIR. My nephew (my sisters kid) leaves for BC on Monday (2 days) to be a CTT. I figured he'd be done Sept 10th. My wife and I just got back from his going aways party about 1 hour ago. Man, it seems like he has been in DEP forever. Glad to see he's finally getting ready to start his life.....

I can totally see how that happen. If I went to boot camp in todays Navy, I would request a male only unit. I know my other brain would take over and get me in trouble. I had a depper girl on my website that went to boot camp and she went further and kissed some guy. She ended up getting discharged for that. Eight weeks being around women and not being able to talk to them is like putting a bottle of alchohol in front of an alchoholic and saying "Don't drink that". Hopefully whatever unit she goes to is a female only because she will be marked and watched harder if she's in a mixed unit.
