Yes, I'm counting down, we're leaving for GL in just 2 days! I just got the "I'm a Sailor call", it's a moment full of pride when you get that call, for both. He was in DEP in Fairview Heights, but only for a little over a month, so he only participated in a few of the meetings/PT's before he left, but maybe. I saw the post in IL mom's about a southern IL mom get together, I'd love to go, but I'm not real sure when my son will complete his PACT training and be home for leave. I think I'll reply tentatively till I know for sure. I don't get on this site much so I don't post often but I do have notifications sent to my iPhone with posts from my groups. Enjoying this July weather? Strange.
