Welcome to N4M. If you are worried, it’s understandable. You’ll get adjusted in no time. First thing to do is join the group just for new members – New Moms Stop Here group. We will be there for you before bootcamp, during bootcamp and after bootcamp. If you have some experience with the Navy, check out this group - Seasoned mom's answers to questions

    dmmom,
I see you found our Moms of Daughters 2 group and I want to welcome you. Recieved your message also. We are a close, friendly group of Moms who are always ready to listen, support and help. We look forward to getting to know you and your sailor. I have a son and a daughter serving and another daughter that was just accepted into the officer program. I certainly understand your concerns about your new role as a Navy Mom. Communications with our sailors is strained during bc. They don't always have as much time to write like we would like. Please feel free to join our chats, we will be here for you anytime you need to talk.
