Kyann - I know you can ride the 'blue bus' to fukuoka if your sailor accompanies you.  Katie came on the bus to meet us at Fukuoka, but it was full on the return trip so we had to get a ride on another bus.  Katie seemed to know about it, so that might be an option that Hunter can find out about as well.
